Iffy at best

So yeah...almost a month later. Sucks. I'm sorry.


Anyway, today was odd so I figured I'd post.

I had to pitch the host-family program to a local rotary club and that was an odd experience. At 7am I went to Tugboat Annie's and had breakfast. I gave a short presentation to them and then they gave me a cookbook.

"A cookbook?" you say.

Yes. A cookbook.

so, now that I'm armed with the rotary's 100 favourite recipes, I can do no wrong. Now here's hoping some of them sign up to host students this summer.

There's this thing happening this weekend that our swing dancing instructor lady set up. It's all day saturday and there are people coming down from Seattle to teach. Then there's a dance in the evening and a huge party at night. If any of you will be in the Oly area, give me a call. Don't know the number? uhhh...email me.


I've become addicted to crossword puzzles. I love the ones that make me do a bit of research to get the answers but todays is a royal pain in the ass. hardest one of the week and I'm so f'n stumped. GRRRR!

Oh yeah, I started a web comic. It still sucks but it should get better.

So I made it to cali and back in one piece. Twice.

Stopped off and saw Nick on the way home from picking up my car. I haven't seen him since college and it was great to catch up with him, if only for an hour.

When I got back I installed a stereo system in my new car and it sounds AWESOME.

Work sucked, but I only worked for two days and then was off to San Diego and Mexico.

The GF and I stayed with my brother for four nights and then we drove down to Rosarito, Mexico. We had a room in a condo that overlooked the beach. We had boogie boards. We had good books. We were set.

And it was good. I got sooooo sunburned. Serves me right. I brought two liters of water. I drank one and 5 liters of margaritas. Good times.

Then we came back and I'm now hard at work once again.

Nothing new to report. When I find cool stuff I'll post it.
